Refund policy

ColorNook products are small-batch, handmade tools created for alcohol marker users. Because these items are paper products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact colornookofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue along with your order number. We will gladly send a replacement.

Due to the nature of tear-off paper products, items cannot be returned once used.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
